Product Overview
INSUCRETE is a pre-mixed, ultra-lightweight thermal and sound insulation concrete engineered from pretreated expanded polystyrene (EPS) beads, selected additives, geopolymers, and Portland cement. It creates a high-performance, monolithic slab that is fully compatible with all waterproofing materials and delivers exceptional insulation while reducing energy consumption.
With a dry density of 250 kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.0591 W/mK, INSUCRETE significantly reduces heating and cooling costs. Available in multiple densities (200, 250, 300 and 350 kg/m³), it adapts to specific project needs and provides a breathable, rot-proof layer backed by a 20-year warranty.
Recommended for: Thermal & sound insulation with slope formation on roofs, decks, floors, balconies and terraces — all in one layer. Also suitable for gap filling above concrete or steel substrates, lightweight screed for porcelain tile fixing, underfloor heating systems, and domes or inclined substrates.
Why Choose INSUCRETE
Keeps buildings cool in summer and warm in winter, reducing the need for HVAC systems and cutting energy bills significantly.
Reduces impact and airborne noise transmission between floors and rooms, creating a more peaceful living and working environment.
At just 250 kg/m³ (standard density), INSUCRETE significantly reduces dead load on structures and can be applied with standard screeding tools.
Withstands high temperatures for improved fire safety, helping buildings meet Oman fire protection regulations.
Minimises energy consumption by improving the thermal envelope of buildings, reducing carbon footprint and operating costs.
Acts as a breathable layer that resists high humidity and is almost entirely rot-proof, ensuring long-term durability in Oman's climate.
Available in four densities (200, 250, 300 and 350 kg/m³) to meet specific project structural and insulation requirements.
Creates a seamless, continuous surface that bonds directly to the substrate and is fully compatible with all waterproofing systems.
Long-term assurance for thermal insulation performance — backed by MCP's commitment to quality and durability.
Engineered to perform in Oman's climate.

Application
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose material. Lightly dampen the surface if working in hot conditions.
Pour the bag contents into clean water. Mix with a paddle mixer to a uniform, lump-free consistency per the water-to-powder ratio in the TDS.
Pour and screed to the required thickness (30–100 mm typical). Suitable for roof insulation, slope formation, floor screeds, gap filling and underfloor heating systems.
Protect from direct sun and strong wind for 24 hours. Avoid foot traffic for a minimum of 24–48 hours. For large projects, contact our technical team regarding Jumbo Bag supply.
